Contact Patrick at patrick@verifeyetech.com with website privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete inquiry information. We use information you send to respond, discuss equipment and service availability, and prepare a proposal. An inquiry does not reserve equipment or confirm an appointment.
The layout tool
Uploaded site images remain in your browser and are not uploaded to our server. Camera overlays are planning illustrations, not verified coverage. In email mode, form details stay in the page until you choose to send them through your email application. The page identifies email mode before you send.
When online capture is enabled
The form will explicitly identify online submission. Contact details are then stored in our private Google Sheet only when you submit. If you separately opt into planning analytics, we also save a random session identifier, page visits, time, scroll activity, tool usage, and completed site and timing fields. We do not record keystrokes, raw IP addresses in the lead sheet, or uploaded images. Entering a school name does not establish that you represent that school. Declining analytics does not prevent use of the planner or inquiry form.
Service providers and retention
Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver and secure the website and email service, which may include technical logs and IP addresses. Google Fonts is used for typography. Google Sheets and Gmail support inquiry handling when configured. We do not sell inquiry information. Access is limited to authorized business personnel and providers assisting with your request. We retain inquiries while needed for follow-up, business records, or applicable requirements; you may contact us to request deletion, subject to those requirements.
School surveillance
This website does not collect camera footage. Monitoring hours, footage access, retention, audio features, and school-specific privacy requirements are agreed separately before service begins. Please do not submit student information, access codes, or incident footage through this website.
